My photo, "Salt Tracks," captures a stunning sunrise over the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah. I love how the tire marks in the image draw your eye into the scene while also hinting at its iconic location. Visiting the salt flats wasn’t originally part of my plans for this trip, but on my last day, I woke up early to make the journey. The loss of sleep was more than worth it, this photo ended up being one of my favorites from the entire trip.
