Description
My photo "Japanese Maple" was captured at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden at the peak of spring bloom. I crouched into the maple tree in order to have out of focus leaves in the foreground and the setting sun shining into the background. The warm sun illuminated the underside of the leaves, showing off their brilliant red color.
