Japanese Maple

Description
My photo "Japanese Maple" was captured at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden at the peak of spring bloom. I crouched into the maple tree in order to have out of focus leaves in the foreground and the setting sun shining into the background. The warm sun illuminated the underside of the leaves, showing off their brilliant red color. 10% of the profits from each print sold from my "The Natural World" series will be donated to the Sierra Club. The Sierra Club is America's oldest and one of the world's first large-scale environmental preservation organization, founded by John Muir in 1892.
