Tall Grass

My photo "Tall Grass" was taken in a remote village of Nepal. I had the privilege of spending a week in this village, and each day around sunset I would take my 35mm film camera and just go for a walk. The bamboo was everywhere, and these particularly hearty stalks cause my eye. The bee's seemed to enjoy this spot as well. This image was shot on Kodak Portra 400. 10% of the profits from each print sold from my "The Natural World" series will be donated to the Sierra Club. The Sierra Club is America's oldest and one of the world's first large-scale environmental preservation organization, founded by John Muir in 1892.
