Description
My photo, "Bridge and Bird," was taken on a dark and gloomy day on Roosevelt Island. I didn’t expect to capture anything portfolio-worthy, but at Four Freedoms Park on the south side of the island, I stumbled upon a small puddle atop the granite blocks. The puddle offered a perfect reflection of the Queensboro Bridge. As I was shooting, a seagull flew into the shot, and by pure luck and good timing, I was able to capture him in the reflection.
